Shuqualak Lumber is one of the Southeast’s largest privately owned independent producers of Southern Yellow Pine. Our facility is one of the largest and most efficient in the south, producing over 130,000,000 board feet of dimension lumber annually. 

Shuqualak Lumber was founded in 1948 by E.G. Flora, Richard Prince, and Charles H. Thomas. In 1969 William A. Thomas became President and Chairman of the Board. Mr. Thomas holds those titles today. 

Shuqualak Lumber produces primarily 2" lumber from 2"x4" through 2"x12" in grades #1, #2, #3 and #4 in even lengths from 8' through 20' with longer lengths available upon inquiry. The majority of our production is in wide dimension lumber.
